Deleting your account

You can ask for your Moonlight Neurocare portal and app account to be deleted at any time.

In the app or portal: sign in, open More, then Account & privacy (Account security for staff), and choose Delete my account. Or ask the center by phone, WhatsApp or email using the details on the contact page.

The center completes the request within 7 days and confirms by email. Your sign-in, password, phone number, signed-in devices and links to your child’s record are removed, and the account can no longer be used.

Some records must be kept by law or for your child’s care, such as invoices, payment receipts and clinical notes. They are kept with the center for the period the law requires and then deleted. To ask for any other information to be deleted, contact the center.
